"West Texas Estate Sale Co did an amazing job for us. My sister recently moved from Wolfforth, Texas to Windsor, CO and left behind a house and two outbuildings full of stuff – lots and lots of stuff. The largest outbuilding is 2400 square feet, and it was totally full. The other outbuilding is 943 square feet – again, totally full. The house, 1934 square feet, totally full. And, the 2 acres of land had four trailers, tractors (one running, the other not running), a hot tub, a radio tower, axles, scrap metal . . . We shook our heads and asked, “What are we going to do?”
We called West Texas Estate Sale Co and met Vincent and Gilda on the property. They spent about an hour with us and said that they could manage an estate sale of this size. And they did!!! They held the 4 day estate sale in January 2024. Vincent, Gilda, and crew spent several weeks prior to the sale sorting everything out, pricing everything, and staging everything. They sent pictures regularly to CO so that we could see their progress. Vincent and I talked and texted several times a week prior to the sale. The sale went off without a hitch. Much to our surprise, almost everything sold over the 4 days. The things that did not sell were either donated or disposed of. The house and building were all empty and swept up. All the outside stuff around the yard was all gone. Wow!! Afterwards, they sent us an accounting of the sale and mailed us a certified check.

We are very pleased that we used the West Texas Estate Sale Company to help us with our estate sale. My mother-in-law passed in 2020 and we weren’t ready for a sale at that time, so we moved many things into storage. Vince and Gilda found a large storage building to use for the sale when we were ready. I highly recommend West Texas Estate Sales. My parents moved to assisted living and left a huge amount of items for us to sort through and sell. I did not see how it was even close to possible for us to do this on our own. Team West Texas worked a miracle and completely amazed us with what they were able to do. They were professional and honest. The sale was completed in less time than the other agencies I contacted and we had a check very shortly after. They even helped clean up after the sell which was amazing.

We hired West Texas Estate Sale Company in January of 2023 and they completed the sale February 10, 2023. Vincent and Gilda are world class estate liquidators. They came in and sold twice what I expected, cleaned the place perfectly, and paid me promptly. I have never used an estate company before, but I would never hesitate to use these folks again.
