Estate Sale Services
Our team handles every aspect of the in-home estate sale, warehouse, and or barn sale, from start to finish. We organize and prepare the contents of the estate, price all items, advertise, and host a well attended sale. After the sale, the home is cleaned out and you receive a check from the Net proceeds.
We are currently accepting new clients, and here is what we do in a nutshell. We meet with potential clients, take a quick inventory of the estate to evaluate if there is enough to have a profitable sale (for the client). We ask you to not throw anything away before the consultation - you would be surprised what we can sell!
If and when we agree to have a sale, we will set a date and start the setup process. Our setup process takes a few days depending on the size of the sale with our full team of experts who specialize in sorting, organizing, staging and photographing/advertising your items. We advertise on Estatesale.net, our website and we have a growing mailing list.
After the sale our team will box up items and donate to your preferred non-profit group (other arrangements can be made). Additionally, a light clean of the house is included - the home will be swept and vacuumed as part of the post sale cleanup.
We take care of all aspects of the sale. Our Fees are as follows: 33% of the gross sales with a contingent minimum starting at $2,200, whichever is greater.

Moving or downsizing? We can assist you during the move. We organize and prepare the contents of the house that will not be moved, price all items, advertise, and host a well attended sale. After the sale, the home is completely cleaned out and you receive a check from the Net proceeds.
